About Us
At C2C Recruitment Group, we are passionate about connecting dedicated educators with exceptional Early Learning and OSHC services across Australia, from coast to country. We believe every child deserves access to outstanding care and inspiring learning experiences, and every educator deserves an environment where their skills and passion can truly thrive. Together, we are fostering partnerships that create meaningful impact, enriching early education and shaping brighter futures for children nationwide.
Our Story
C2C Recruitment Group was founded by experienced early childhood educators, OSHC coordinators, and former centre directors who have worked across metropolitan, regional, and remote services. They understand firsthand the pressures facing the sector, particularly the growing staff shortages, high turnover, and the complexities of meeting regulatory and quality standards.
This insight drives our commitment to providing recruitment solutions that go beyond filling roles — we aim to strengthen the workforce and support long-term stability in early childhood and OSHC services.
We combine industry expertise with targeted recruitment solutions, helping services meet workforce needs and maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
Our focus is connecting skilled educators with the right roles, enabling services to deliver quality outcomes for children, families, and communities.

Rooted in Community, Grounded in Place
Headquartered in the coastal town of Noosa, Queensland, C2C Recruitment Group delivers national recruitment solutions through a coast-to-country approach. We connect diverse, high-quality talent with purpose-driven employers across cities, regions, and remote areas — prioritising the right fit for long-term workforce stability.
Inspired by the land we live and work on, we hold deep respect for its cultural heritage and enduring connection to Country.
Our recruitment philosophy is shaped by values of community, care, respect for diversity, and collaboration, honouring the knowledge and custodianship of First Nations Peoples.
The Sector We Serve
Australia’s combined ECEC and OSHC sectors represent some of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing workforces:
-
Over 1.7 million children attend early learning and outside school hours care services annually (Department of Education, 2024).
-
More than 225,000 educators and staff are employed across the sector, with demand projected to increase by 20–25% by 2030 (ABS, 2024).
-
Workforce turnover remains high, with attrition rates in some services exceeding 30% annually, particularly in OSHC (Department of Education, 2024).
These workforce challenges are most acute in regional and remote communities, where attracting and retaining qualified educators is critical for service continuity and regulatory compliance.
